It looks like Google’s next Pixel Watch will be a flagship to compete with Samsung’s. latest galaxy watches and the Apple Watch, according to new specs leaked by 9to5Google. According from 9 to 5According to the report, you will be able to get a cellular version of the wearable and it will have a 300 milliamp hour (mAh) battery.
It wasn’t necessarily a given that there would be a cellular option for the Pixel Watch. Some low end smart watchesand even some high-end fitness-focused modelsThey depend on your phone for connectivity. If the rumor is true and there is a cellular Pixel Watch model, it reinforces the idea that Google probably isn’t trying to make its watch a smaller or cheaper alternative: it wants that mass-market appeal.
As for the battery, its physical capacity seems adequate for the size of the watch. However, it’s almost impossible to know what that milliamp rating means for how long it will last between charges.
When the edgeReviews editor Dan Seifert compared the 41mm Apple Watch Series 7 and the 42mm Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and found that they had radically different resistance levels. One day, the Galaxy Watch was no juice while the Apple Watch was at 52 percent (although the next day it was able to get A couple of hours out of the galaxy after some adjustments). And yet the Apple Watch battery is not that much larger; it has a capacity of 284 mAh, while the battery of the Galaxy has a nominal capacity of 247 mAh.

What really matters when it comes to the battery life of a portable device is its features and its processor. Both are unknown at this point to the Pixel Watch, although feature-wise it obviously won’t have the e-paper display that allows the pebble time get more than a week of use with its 250 mAh battery.
The big question, which is still unanswered, is which chip Google will use: Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear 4100 or 4100 Plus, which they haven’t appeared on many watches despite having been around for a while? A currently unannounced next generation Qualcomm chip? Samsung Exynos chips What do you use in your own watches?? AN custom tensor processorHow does Google use the Pixel 6? There are so many options, some of which are unknown and others that would be a bad sign for battery life.
Hopefully, we won’t have to wait too long for the answer: Rumors have it that Google could announce the Pixel Watch at its I/O conference, which starts in a few weeks. May 11. However, if you want to take a look at its hardware before then, you’re in luck: someone posted a lot of photos of it. on Y off a doll, claiming that a friend found the device lying around in a bar, iPhone 4 style. Maybe Sundar Pichai will do the the same steve jobs joke when announcing the Pixel Watch, saying “stop me if you’ve already seen this.”
