With the recent changes in the board of directors of the Gates Foundation in the wake of the divorce of Bill and Melinda Gates, many people are asking questions about their future. But this is not the first time that questions have been raised about the foundation. One development expert we spoke with says that AGRA, Bill Gates’ 20-year program to feed Africa through agriculture, has failed in its goals.
