Meghan Markle’s secret to dealing with crippling anxiety and its effects is to turn to Eastern healing, particularly acupuncture!
According Hello magazine, Meghan’s favorite way to deal with her anxiety is acupuncture, a wellness practice that ‘aims to bring balance back to the body’ by calming brain chatter.
Speaking to The Chalkboard previously, Meghan had shared: “I’ve been a long time believer in acupuncture. I used to have debilitating migraines (hospitalized for them), and acupuncture and oriental medicine completely changed my life. Living without a migraine changes the rules of the game.”
In fact, the Suits alum even resorted to regular acupuncture sessions before giving birth to her and Prince Harry’s son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
She reportedly used the help of famed acupuncturist Ross Barr to help with her sessions before Archie’s birth.
