Mumbai, April 10: Royal Challengers Bangalore pacemaker Harshal Patel left the IPL biobubble following the death of a family member.
According to a report from Dainik Jagran, Harshal has lost his sister, who has been unwell for quite some time. The pacemaker left the bubble after learning of the tragedy in the family just after the match against the Mumbai Indians on Saturday night.
Harshal, 31, who leads Haryana in domestic cricket, has been one of the most improved cricketers in the last two years.
The off-roader has also been the star of the RCB in the last two seasons and the franchise bought it back at the mega auction for Rs 10.75 cr.
The Faf du Plessis-led RCB will take on Chennai Super Kings in their next match on Tuesday.
