Pop star Britney Spears is the new fan of the hit HBO series Euphoria. The singer took to her social media and revealed that the show helped her anxiety go away.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, the Give me more The singer shared a post of appreciation for the series starring Zendaya. Spears shared a short clip from the show, saying it was “like a meditation” for me.
In the caption, the Toxic singer wrote, “For MENTAL AWARENESS WEEK a while ago I watched this amazing and amazing show @euphoria.”
She added: “OMG, it’s too good! I’m a little late anyway!
“Watching this and being entertained by these crazy plotlines, I suddenly felt all my anxiety melt away. The show was like meditation!!!!” added the Stronger singer, who faced mental health issues in the midst of his 13-year conservatorship, which ended in November last year.
He added: “It put a HUGE smile on my face…and if you want to be zen…there is sound therapy…stillness…yoga…monk retreats…but last but definitely not least importantly, train your thoughts to think things that make you SMILE… !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
